Terms and Conditions
Payment:
A $100 deposit per unit is required to confirm the booking with the
balance prepaid 35 days before scheduled arrival. No charge will be placed
on your credit card until we obtain the booking confirmation. We normally
reply with your confirmation number within 1 day, often within hours. For
booking made less than 35 days before scheduled arrival, full payment is
placed onto your credit card at the time we confirm the booking. The accommodation
voucher and payment receipt is sent to you when full payment is made. Once
we provide you confirmation, prices are firm - except for Hawaii tax. Hawaii
taxes are subject to change with no notice, even once you have paid in
full. The State of Hawaii has in the past changed the tax rates with as
little as two weeks notice as well as retroactively.
Cancellation:
For cancellation more than 4 days before scheduled arrival, the cancellation
fee is $100 per unit. For cancellation 4 days or less before scheduled
arrival, no-show, or early departure, the cancellation fee is a 2 nights
charge per unit booked.
Special cancellation policies apply to bookings for the Christmas/New

Changes:
Changes made more than 4 days before the scheduled arrival can normally
be made at no charge.
Minimum Booking:
Our minimum accommodation booking is $400. This can be the total of
bookings made on more than one island.
For example, a $200 booking on one island plus a $250 booking on another
island meets this minimum.
Security and Privacy:
Your booking request and credit card information may be submitted via
our online encrypted and secure web
pages or via fax or telephone. We are members of the Better Business
Bureau, Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau, and are licensed by
the State of Hawaii. We are contracted as Wholesalers by Aston
Hotels and Resorts and
Outrigger Hotel and Resorts. These are
the largest hotel and condo management companies in Hawaii. Your payment
via credit card provides you additional consumer protections that the "product"
purchased, will be provided.
